I can only speak for myself after years of contemplation. But the environment was pleasant and easygoing. We all got along like family. Management was just ok. Sometimes there were too many draconian type memos. But for the most part everyone was laid back and just did their jobs. We had plenty of moral-boosting moments too. It's was a good place to work and I was there for 5 years.
Minpunten
Again sometimes management was just out of touch. And made up rules on the fly. It had nothing to do with the operations of the company. We took care of our customers and the job got done with excellence. It's just management got bored I guess and needed to add some "fun" into their work week. They would forget after a few days or weeks about their rules.
Small enough to succeed if you apply yourself and follow office politics
Minpunten
Company is small enough to get away with treating you poorly and cover up lawsuit qualifying actions. Everyone hates working there and the moral is low.
