Himani Kapadia is one of the worst senior management people anyone can come across. Inhumane is an understatement

They tell you your role is "full time" only for you to find out later there's a time limit to your role. (Usually a year or less.) Total b.s. when it comes to job security. Make sure your "full-time" role is actually full-time and not some glorified contract for a one-time project.
