The organization is led by a CEO whose behavior creates a hostile and intimidating work environment. Employees who challenge his decisions are quickly pushed out, which leaves people feeling they must either remain silent or risk losing their jobs. A small inner circle of close associates (His brothers) seems to be exempt from these consequences. Staff members report that the atmosphere becomes tense whenever the CEO is present. Speaking up about issues related to gender, diversity, or LGBTQ+ inclusion has resulted in dismissals.
