The company allows you to work remote and company benefits are ok

The culture of the company is toxic; lacks communication skills; there is no work- life balance; employees are overworked because they refuse to hire adequate support staff to meet the needs of the company; the company has insufficient training for onboarding new employees … you either sink or swim; salaries and bonuses are a joke especially for as hard as their employees work! Just wondering… does a one percent raise qualify as a raise???

There are a couple nice people here. You are lucky if you work with one of them.

ORBA has a very insular culture. It is full of people that have only ever worked at ORBA. Directors are very set in their ways and seem to be only interested in maxing out their pay check. Despite receiving good reviews I was told that ORBA does not usually give raises or pay bonuses. It is not worth putting up with the egos and attitudes at this place. You might like your salary coming in but eventually you will find that you can get paid more elsewhere. The only way to succeed here is to be an ORBA lifer.
