Benefits package appears good. Peers were great to work with despite corporate and senior management chaos management. Work location was convenient. Vacation benefits were generous.
Minpunten
Company claims it respects its employees and operates at a CMMI 5 level. This is deceiving. The company is managed in chaos at times at the project/contract level. Does not allow managers insight into salaries of their direct reports. Focus is always on senior manager whim. Empathy and respect are more Trojan horse weapons even for team members who have been there 3 or more years. Corporate services have high turnover in staff and are inconsistent in their management of tasks. Roll out of corporate initiatives are always clunky and not well thought out. Training benefits are there but value must be proven before they are used.
