- Good culture and values within the organization. Very little drama (if any) in the entire time I was there. - Intelligent and very hard-working senior leadership team. - Very strong in process management which shows with CMMI level 5 and ISO certifications. PMs get a lot of support in managing their projects with templates, independent QA, and senior leadership support.
Minpunten
- Internal IT team is below average and doesn't provide adequate support to operating units and back office departments. - Too many strategic initiatives going on at once. The company is capable of doing any of them individually, but tries to mix too many at once. - Quality of management varies greatly from one project or department to the next. This isn't uncommon in a smaller company with limited resources.
