Good Benefits, company vehicle, salary, great elevator product.

Minpunten

Culture is terrible and toxic. Constant movement among management. No dedication to customers or relationship building. Money drives bad decision making and poor customer service. Middle management sole purpose is to micromanage spreadsheets and is overpopulated with people disconnected from customers and reality. Lowest level employees are treated as numbers and scapegoats. Bad business ethics - Management openly under-resources contracts and hopes customers don't notice. Ignores code requirements regarding maintenance. If you know the right answer, forget it, they will tell you to do something different. Working here will be extremely frustrating. Cost cutting is not growth.
