OVHcloud is an amazing place to get a lot of work experience in a short time frame. It's a heavy startup mentality so you will do a lot of different tasks at once but the experience you gain and the tools you get exposed to are invaluable.

Pay is well below industry standard. While promotions happen they wont pay you correctly for the new role and would rather hire someone on the outside for more.
