Slashed Base Pay after hire by 40% Directors have just zero clue what they are doing. It was actually hilarious. Constantly changing value prop/terms Admin has zero clue Directors have zero clue The market has zero clue Didn't get paid on time Didn't get paid properly on time Didn't get the benefits that were promised Didn't have any grievance mechanism They hire complete boneheads to steer the ship They placed multiple people in the same territory They have a shockingly terrible CRM They don't pay expenses Their business practice is absolutely not in line with Canadian expectations There is zero adequate training They PUMP AND DUMP staff, and apparently, their hotel owner partners experience the same experience.

Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

Minpunten

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
