Pluspunten
What matters to me most is that a company values it's people. I have worked for both large and small organizations as both an hourly employee and a manager. OASIS tops them all when it comes to valuing their people. OASIS doesn't do this perfectly and has plenty of room for improvement, but they are working hard to create a great culture. They want to be a place where you love to come to work and you love what you do. When your people love what they do and the company they work for it shows in how they serve their customers. This is where OASIS is focused. The company has made many changes to improve both it's culture and it's technologies in the last five years. It is exciting to be part of an organization with a vision for the future.
Minpunten
Change is never easy and it has been a struggle to get everyone in the company moving the same direction. This has caused certain initiatives to take much longer to implement than planned. However, OASIS is staying the course and still working hard to continuously improve. Communication across a company with multiple locations and a mobile workforce is difficult and has been a challenge for OASIS. This is an area that everyone needs to take ownership of and work to improve.
