Experience the construction implementation and supervision for 3 Metro Stations in Dubai. Working with other nationalities help me more considerate and more flexible regarding work implementation.

Minpunten

Since the project is scheduled in a tight schedule, additional working time was needed. Overtime work was properly compensated. Safety training and tool box talk with managers and workers was conducted on a regular basis.

Excellent leadership that invests time and effort into improving employee knowledge and abilities. Friendly, hardworking, safety focused work culture. You'd be hard pressed to find better people to work and with.

Minpunten

I didn't experience anything negative during my time working at Obayasji. It's construction though, so weather delays can occasionally force steep deadlines and longer working days.

Worked outside Exciting job Finally fired incompetent leadership after project

Safety was an after thought Long hours Lazy, entitled leadership (has since been fired and replaced) Office engineers kept meddling with field engineers, created a very "us-vs-you" attitude. I hear these issues have been resolved with the firing of leadership
