Pluspunten
The culture is diverse. I feel heard and the work I am doing is actually impacting and helping our users which is awesome to see. The benefits package is also good, pretty much everything you can think of and more.
Minpunten
There really aren’t many cons that I can think of. If I really need to nitpick, I would say that sometimes the managers need to align better on their expectations. It can sometimes feel like there are different standards for different managers, but I do feel that’s going away slowly.
