- Great Product with a solid use case, and rapid adoption for the current year. - Lots of guides, easy for the self starter to get on-boarded. - Pricing is straightforward, - Helpful teammates in the Sales org. - Engineering is transparent and responsive for ticketing / feature requests, though I realize this may not have been the case historically, A team shuffle and restructure happened at the beginning of 2025. - Proactive planning rather than reactive planning on the feature side meaning there are less chances to drop the ball with your prospects. -Competitive Salary, with fantastic commission outlook. the benefits are standard.

- SSPM / Posture is almost to commoditization, and when competing against Crowdstrike, you are competing against a vendor for which many of your customers will have paperwork and will be offered a competing product that while lacking in features compared to Obsidian, will be cheaper. Can be an interesting challenge for some like myself, but it can be a detractor and very frustrating for other sellers. Do market research before accepting your job offer and find out if this is the type of sell that you are prepared to deliver.
