Toxic, Lord of the Flies, dictatorship type culture where everyone’s time is micromanaged to the second, where your physical time at the office is more important than your productivity. Where the people who do the least work and contribute to the toxicity of the company culture seem to get recognized for the bare minimum and promoted. And those overachievers who consistently deliver results and advocate for improvement are chastised and rewarded with more redistributed work from underperforming colleagues. For 3 years I hoped for things to get better but instead it kept getting worse. And if you want evidence on how HR is not your friend go work at Octapharma corporate HQ in Paramus. The most hypocritical, deceptive team I ever encountered. Zero work/life balance
