We’re sorry to hear that your role has felt overwhelming at times and that you haven’t always felt supported. We know the Area Manager role can be demanding, and we’re actively working on ways to improve processes, balance workloads, and give clearer direction so our managers can focus on what they do best.
When it comes to introducing new work streams, our aim is to provide thorough training and ensure these changes are rolled out in a way that supports our teams, rather than adding unnecessary pressure. We’re also reviewing things like training, pay structures and operational support so we can build a better day-to-day experience for everyone. We want changes to have a positive impact within our teams!
