Minpunten
You ARE a number. I was told training would be 6 months it was a year and 6 month. This was due to meetings, illnesses of trainers, and turn over of trainers. Extremely high expectations (25 Diagnostic, 18 ER 7 surgery/hr). If you don't meet these standards there is no coaching on how to do so just a email saying if you don't you'll be written up or made to work in house. There is no acknowledgement of when you meet or exceeded the goals. Very little down time as there is often at least 5hrs of mandatory OT per week often for months. While I was there they required 15hrs OT over the 2 weeks of Christmas and New Year's. It's very hard to get any answers if PTO is approved due to a high turn over rate of middle management and the miscommunication brought on by it. And you never see upper management.
