Decent place for an oil change, Kaiser Permanente is a horrible health insurance. Nothing good honestly. All the locations are the same Corporate micro manages.

Minpunten

Corporate doesn't really care much about the "vision" the CEO has, put pressure on employees to make sales. The values are not followed by corporate office. Should change it to feed guest crap to take adcantage of them becausr the world revolves on making money asap. Theres a daily, weekly amount you need to make in additional "optional" products. If guests say no to services Corporate looks at it as if your not doing your job. Training could have been way better.

Great atmosphere, Great culture/Teammates, franchise ttl automotive management of company is great and promising

Minpunten

Be prepared to always be short staffed and always work at least 45 hours and sometimes be expected to work 53 to even 60 hours in a week if it’s that short staffed and pretty much never get consecutive days off

The work is pretty easy, as long as you can memorize presentations for additives and services its pretty easy and doesnt take too much work. Service writers do the majority of the work under the hood

A lot of social interaction.
