The startup has really made a great impact on my learnings. Co-founders are understanding and friendly. They leverage the team to come up with ideas and solutions. It's a good startup to join if you want to learn and solve real business challenges in aspects of tech and business both.

Noticeably, very often, employees are given less value. It is a two-way thing where employee adds values in organization, same should be given to them.
