There was also a significant lack of consistency between leaders and stores. Expectations changed constantly, communication was often unclear, and favoritism sometimes impacted accountability and decision-making. Long-term employees who consistently stepped up during difficult periods often felt taken for granted rather than appreciated. Reporting to HR will get you no where. You will be gaslit if you choose to speak up.

Pay, scheduling, favoritism, Customers can be entitled and rude, expectations for opening credit cards, customers destroy fitting rooms seemingly for sport, if your store needs a "refresh" you're expected to take everything down for the contractor and put it back up... not sure what we're really paying the contractor for... you're treated as your employee number and not as a person...
