I love working here so much. I constantly have new and interesting projects and autonomy to decide how to approach my work. Our leadership cares about everyone here. No company is perfect. While we are facing changes, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, formalizing procedures, etc.). that come along with any company change. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening, progress and benefits with that actions.
