Supportive management, great coworkers, open communication as long as you communicate too. Do your job and you will be rewarded. This company will not keep people around who do not do the job they were hired to do, and they shouldn’t.

Every job has their bad days, but overall there really isn’t anything bad to say about this company. You get what you give and if you’re working hard, it does not go unnoticed!!

No micro-management in the office. You're allowed to work on your responsibilities.

Where would I start? Maintenence is severely understaffed and I personally have received only a $.97 raise in 3 years. No OT allowed. No sense of integrity throughout the staff. Amenities never work all at the same time. Work orders suffer because lead maintenance is incompetent and dog poop on the property is ridiculous! It's like no one wants to work unless directed to.
