Pluspunten

OBC has always been very welcoming and supportive. I'm able to talk to CEO or GM anytime I need. My supervisors are very supportive and allow me to have a great deal of autonomy on how I run my day to day.

Minpunten

As a small company it has economical and administrative challenges. It can't offer the benefits or pay that other big companies can. More protocols are needed to deal with mid-term operations.
