Employees often do not know what is coming next because many decisions happen suddenly, without proper context or communication. This creates unnecessary fear, uncertainty, and instability within the team. Employee exits and layoffs also feel poorly handled. The process can come across as casual and insensitive, as if letting people go is just a routine task rather than a serious decision that impacts people’s lives and careers. I personally felt disappointed and regretted joining soon after stepping into the office. The environment did not feel supportive, respectful, transparent, or growth-oriented.
