I started at Omniplex Learning 1 year ago as a Sales Administrator, within 6 months I was given the opportunity to move to Channel Sales. I received great support from both my line manager and the Head of Sales, they were very encouraging and made sure I had all the tools to make new role a success. * The team here are amazing, and extremely approachable, this includes the higher management. There's a real open door policy and everyone is so willing to help and support each other. It's very refreshing. * You're never made to feel like just a number or 'bum on seat'. Omniplex really goes out of its way to ensure that employees are cared for and listened to. We have a Wellbeing team of employees, private health care, flexible work arrangements and HR are amazing. * Plenty of opportunities to socialize outside of work. We have brilliantly planned Christmas Parties and Summer Socials which are all paid for by the company. Adding to this, there are team days that include food and fun, and regular team meet up whether that be Top Golf or Karaoke! * Endless training opportunities and conferences if there is something you'd like to learn more about, attend or upskill. I had the opportunity to go to the Learning Technology Show this year. * As a member of the sales team, there are always offers of incentives, that could be anything from an early finish, a voucher, dinner at restaurant in London or even a holiday to Paris!
