Pluspunten
Beautiful city and a genuinely beautiful workplace. Many of the people were kind, inspiring, and passionate about the mission. There’s a lot of potential here, and the environment itself could be energizing under the right conditions.
Minpunten
The work environment was extremely chaotic. There was a lack of defined processes, unclear roles and responsibilities, and constant changes in direction. You never really knew what the next week would look like. Unexpected travel was frequent and disruptive. The level of stress took a real toll on people. Many employees struggled mentally and physically, and it was clear that burnout was common. Leadership often did not fully understand what teams were doing, which made it difficult for them to provide meaningful support or guidance. Problems were frequently swept under the rug instead of being addressed. Influence and empowerment seemed to favor those who stayed close to leadership rather than those making the strongest contributions to the company. Relocation support was minimal, which was especially disappointing - especially from a “premium brand.” It simply did not align with the image the company presents. Compensation was okay, but not competitive enough to allow for real savings, especially given the demands of the role and the high cost of living in/around Zurich.
