If you're considering joining this company, just know they do very minimal training for new employees or level 1 techs. The level 2&3 techs are always stressed and don't have much time to help out or answer questions. They mean well but are just always busy. This probably isn't helped by the high turnover rate. If you end up working here, be prepared to learn quickly. They throw a lot of responsibility at you right away and expect you to figure out things out by following outdated and often incorrect documentation. "Did you check the documentation?" is a pretty common thing to hear when it wasnt helpful to the situation. The supervisors are all right, but they mostly operate based on whatever the owner feels like doing. He runs the company emotionally which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on his mood. It didn't affect me directly most of the time, but I saw it causing issues for some co-workers and even some customers. Some employees also get preferential treatment based on their personal relationship with him. It's a good way to get your foot in the door at a tech company, but the lack of training, clear stress from people who had been there long-term, and no consistent direction from the owner made it a place I didn't want to stay for long
