- Vision for future can be unclear, need to focus on areas where most successful now and double down - Can be expected to "wear too many hats". Need to hire more and have better division of labor (this is in the works) - AI/ML company without any ML specialist in senior roles (SVP or higher). Non-ML specialists managing ML specialists leads to bottlenecks in actually deploying machine learning to production
