NOT REALLY CONS FOR ME BUT MAYBE GOOD TO KNOW: - workload can be considered generally high due to huge customer demand and top performance is expected on a regular base - web product(s) evolves constantly and features change on a regular basis which means you need to keep yourself always updated - not only about anything related to the supported product(s) but also about WordPress, other popular WordPress Plugins & Themes, Google SEO Practices and W3C Standards, etc. - new support issues come up on a regular basis, you will see issues you have never seen before even after years of support, so you will need to stay pro-active, do research, and stay updated - on the other end, the job never gets boring :)
