I really enjoy working here. The company has a great culture, with a nice atmosphere and amazing people. Everyone is supportive, and the personal approach to each team member makes you feel appreciated. It’s also nice to see how much the company values our contributions and offers great benefits.

Minpunten

It isn’t the kind of place where you can sit back and not care about what you do. Results matter here, and everyone is expected to be efficient and give their best. But for me, it’s motivating - knowing that what I do makes a real impact keeps me going.

- Great co-workers! - High perspective of evolution (I became manager in 2 years.) - Possibility of learning new thing - Fully remote company: work from everywhere in the world. - Flexible hours possible: perfect balance between work and the family sphere. - Company event: we meet once a year, all together.

Minpunten

- You need a lot of self-discipline and self-motivation to accomplish your tasks and goals. It's not really a "con", but as we are 100% remote, you really need to be organized and dedicated to your job.
