The industry is good, but this company is not doing too well. There have been many dramatic changes in the past.

Minpunten

The internal communication is so bad that it seems like a terrible joke. The leadership has changed multiple times in the past, which has made things awfully chaotic. Working here means setting yourself up for failure. Please avoid this mess if you like some mental peace. Here, you'll have none.

I worked in the Brookfield, WI location in 2017. I really liked the people who worked there and they were always willing to accommodate their employees.

It's very exhausting to work for the abusive leadership of Oncourse Learning. Employees here are constantly bombarded with more tasks and responsibilities, often overloading and overworking us. Our leaders don't seem to mind if we get burned out, and exhausted. All they care about is giving us more work to do.
