I cannot think of one.

Minpunten

Management does not care about associates at all. Our team had a meeting yesterday, where the manager said she was sick of everyone complaining (mind you complaints were regarding the severe understaffing of the department and unrealistic work load.) We were told they are conducting hiring events all the time. If you can't hang, go to HR right now and quit. We will be fine without you. (exact words) If that does not speak of how management treats employees, I don't know what does.

Pluspunten

Throughout the interview process, the leaders at One Call kept talking about their culture and the people that make it so great to work there. I was skeptical since most companies talk a big game but One Call actually delivered! Their culture is unmatched and everyone genuinely cares about one another and the consumer (the patients we serve).

Sometimes the company operates as the world's oldest start-up company.

Team and management were very supportive and friendly.

Pay is terrible for the industry and there are some senior leaders who unfortunately don't know how to run an HR Department.
