You have to be willing to get the ball rolling yourself, they want to invest in people who are invested.

Good leadership team with the two VP’s.

Minpunten

Conversion rate after demo’s is low. Lack of accountability for sales engineers. Very, very involved owner. Nice enough guy, but oversteps specifically in deals that causes deals to slow.
