Good Banking Experience with Customers

So i got fired because i made a couple mistakes. I get that! I am human i will make mistakes but a couple of weeks prior to getting fired! I would come home crying because when i made an honest mistake my manager would yell at me in front of customers and embarrass me. She talked down to me and made me feel stupid like i was not good enough. The only employee they treat well is one of the Board Members Family member. She is treated differently! Also our Hiring Manager also buys a drawer and sells drawer to the vault to make it look like she doesn't have a drawer because it's against regulations. The regulators told her she couldn't have her own drawer because she is a high up manager but she is hiding this from the regulators! Now back to when i got fired. The Manager walked me outside like i was a felon and took my keys and shut the door on me. I didn't drive that day and i had to wait an hour till my husband came and got me. I had to sit on the curb in 30 degree weather will all my stuff, and the managers just stared at me through the window!
