While this is the nature of the job, we do everything possible to remove stress and provide work-life balance by following relaxation events, team-building, standard schedule of the job, complete WFH, and strictly following 8 hours, 5 days schedule. Trust and respect are at the core of our actions and are followed by each employee for other employees irrespective of location, role, and function.
