A recent "restructuring" left a lot of good people out of jobs. Many of the positions that were "eliminated" are now posted less than a month later. Employees that gave 20+ years of their life and close to retirement were let go with no warning. Many had no history of poor performance or any kind of action plan against them. Management only cares about themselves, and are very petty. Hard working individuals were let go because they were not part of management's "clique."
