The people and the customers. The colleagues there, other than SLT are brilliant. I was made to feel welcome from the outset and every person was lovely. It’s a great place to work if you are motivated, want to be successful, and are prepared to put in the effort. The leadership team is highly skilled, and there is a lot to learn from them. There is a genuine passion that runs throughout the company. With the backing of Harris Computer, the business is well positioned to continue growing and evolving, with a clear shift towards a more commercial and scalable model.
