Pluspunten

The projects had potential, and working on something as big as the Paris 2024 Olympics initially seemed exciting. Some talented individuals remain, though their efforts are increasingly stifled by poor leadership and lack of resources.

Minpunten

OnePlan has been plagued by mismanagement and poor decision-making. The company has consistently invested in areas that haven’t paid off, draining resources and leaving the staff scrambling to cover the gaps. The new version of the software has been stripped of essential features, yet the leadership is trying to sell it as an improvement. Meanwhile, they’re attempting to rebuild with half the team after multiple rounds of layoffs. Leadership is blatantly in denial about the state of the company. Despite layoffs and a clear lack of direction, they continue to insist everything is fine. This kind of false reassurance has created a toxic environment where employees are left uncertain about their futures. Morale is at an all-time low, and anyone still there is either looking for a way out or stuck because they don’t have better options right now.

Change can be challenging, and we are actively listening to feedback from both employees and clients to guide our decisions. We recognise the importance of morale and transparency in fostering a healthy workplace. Leadership is committed to clear communication and creating a culture where team members feel supported, heard, and confident in the company’s direction. We obtain ongoing feedback through our employee engagement app and recently completed the annual People survey. The changes we have been able to implement from employee feedback have seen our eNPS score increase steadily in recent months and is the highest it has been in 9 months. Our current score puts us in the top 30% of companies using the engagement app (Wotter). Thank you again for your input - it’s taken seriously as we work to make OnePlan a great place to work.

- Great work/life balance - Room to grow within the company - Fantastic people to work with and great leadership

Minpunten

- Classic start-up issues like inconsistent procedures, inefficient communication paths, etc. These are all minor issues and pale in comparison to the many pros.

Pluspunten

Average work / life balance. Good coworkers who mean well. Diverse professional backgrounds of employees. Remote work policy and strong annual leave policy.

Minpunten

Unprepared and inexperienced leadership driving the company into the ground. They have jumped at many opportunities thus sidetracking many projects and processes just to take care of a potential customer. The product tries to be too many things without doing anything great. Endless product issues and shortcomings. Many key role redundancies for product and customer facing teams in the last 6 months.
