Pluspunten
Hardly the most strict of working conditions, so a casual staff environment helps make the day go quicker. After a while the duties and day-to-day tasks become unavoidably monotonous, but management are, more often than not, relaxed when it comes to working whilst listening to music, chatting and taking breaks etc.
Minpunten
The type of job you do when you're just after a '9-5', not exactly a role you'd stay in for any length of time. This is helped by the lack of any internal promotions, as you're surrounded by managers who have been there since the dawn of time, who are on over inflated salaries, and are quite happy doing that forever.
The wages for the lower-level office staff members are okay at best, but considering the amount of industry intelligence required, and the fact it takes around six months to bring newer team members up to any kind of workable level, probably means the wages should be a lot higher.
