The office building was decent. There was an on-site gym and coffee The workspace was fairly quiet.

Minpunten

The toxic nature of the office had an impact on me immediately. My physical and mental health suffered during my time here, as a result of the pressure and poor treatment. No one on my team had expertise in the field I was hired for, but I was not given ownership of my projects. Instead, there was constant nit-picking and micromanaging and last-minute changes to projects that I had been working on for weeks.

Opportunity to learn from a variety of different manufacturers to figure out what you like to sell.

A lot. Biggest thing is the same old story of private equity acquiring a profitable successful business and squeezing the life out of it until there is nothing left. Minimal opportunity for advancement. Compensation plan has been and looks like it will continue to be a trainwreck. terrible benefits.
