This place is the definition of smoke and mirrors. Constantly being told one thing while the complete opposite is happening. For an organization that prides its platform on allowing transparency around financial information it's amazing how insufficient and silo'd all orgs are internally with their data. Nothing is ever correct, pay is once a month (also during my time the pay was right less than 70% of the time in almost two years), and all the work is busy work with nothing getting accomplished. Nepotism runs rampant here. Best way to move up the ladder? Be related to someone. 90% of all promotions I saw during my time here was due to someones last name or being owed a "personal" favor. Management seems super uncomfortable to do anything regarding a bad attitude, low performance, or anything overall regarding letting someone go....so if you are overall a bad teammate and haven't done well with responsibility in the past you can fly under the radar here and not have to worry about being let go. There was someone who was trying to make a "racial joke" to a colleague via DM and accidentally posted it in a group with 20+ people and nothing was ever done. Current employees: On your way out make sure you have all your ducks in a row as any and all attempted communication regarding pay, paperwork, etc was met with silence from HR. If you are in sales and: 1. Have been there awhile 2. able to hand select clients and prospects to work it can be great money. For myself when I started looking around every place was a minimum of 20-30% higher in pay. The time to get onboard with onestream has came and went.
