NO attentive to new people, the lack of training and helping Onboarding process looked like this: they asked to go through all information to read and try to remember and then schedule shadowing, a real session with real customers where one trainer was looking after you. First session was okay but trainer gave the attitude that she/he has more interesting stuff to do. It was their work in the same time and they were busy with other people as well. Second one was not. The trainer wasn't attentive, it was very noisy and he/she muted himself. Then left. Then gave a negative feedback. And i made mistakes because its normal when you practice for the 1-2 time. The next day they said that im not going to be there anymore because of mg performance. And it was just training. I felt like i was misleading in the beginning. And i didn't get solid preparation from trainers. I felt like they wanted me to do something without even giving me to practice it.

We are sorry the partnership did not work out, and apologies it you felt mislead. During the recruitment process and the onboarding call, we do our best to present a true reflection of what the mission will be like with us. A good autonomy and being tech friendly is necessary in this role, and sometimes mismatch can happen. When necessary, we can spend more time with heroes, to train them more on the customer’s processes and tools. We do pay high attention to new heroes and regularly check on them via Slack, making sure the onboarding is going well, and see if they need any help somewhere.

Flexible (hours and modes of communication), more earning potental from efficiency, very intuitive platform, well-organized company, great collaborative culture, some decent discounts at stores if you're in Europe, quality bonus of 1/3 your pay

Minpunten

You are paid by ticket, so your earnings can massively vary depending on client and efficiency (in many places below minimum wage even when meeting goals), you're a contractor that may have to work with different clients under Onepilot who pay different rates (I would worry about stability)
