Our flexible structure is designed to support both part-time and full-time agents, allowing them to work on their own schedules and balance this role with other commitments.       Flexible (hours and modes of communication), more earning potental from efficiency, very intuitive platform, well-organized company, great collaborative culture, some decent discounts at stores if you're in Europe, quality bonus of 1/3 your pay

      Minpunten

      You are paid by ticket, so your earnings can massively vary depending on client and efficiency (in many places below minimum wage even when meeting goals), you're a contractor that may have to work with different clients under Onepilot who pay different rates (I would worry about stability)
