Decision making is worst. HR and management do not action on genuine employee concerns like Leads bullying. Many employees left organization due to frustration but HR and Managers didn't take any action rather keep quiet. No one really cares to action. Too many HR working on useless stuff like getting trainings closed on time rather than actioning on points raised by employees. Don't care to give justice to existing employees but ready to pay double salary to external employees
