Worst management and culture I have seen in my career. Management only cares about how they look to upper leadership rather than actually supporting their team. There is clear favoritism: the same people are involved in everything, listened to and rewarded, while others are left doing the actual work behind the scenes. People who talk well and create visibility for themselves seem to get more recognition than people actually delivering. No structure, no ownership clarity, everybody doing anything. Teams talk a lot but execution and accountability are weak. Takes a lot of mental toll on you. Leaders often don’t know how to address the whole team and naturally speak only to their preferred people, making others feel invisible. Quality often takes a backseat to speed. It feels more about delivering quickly and looking good than building good products or supporting people properly. It's honestly a zoo. After 11 years in the industry, this has been one of the most frustrating work cultures I’ve experienced. This organization needs better people leaders.
