Higher level managers don’t care working level. They seem to be open, to listen and to share but doing nothing eventually. As far as I know there were a lot of people who left after me

We have implemented significant employee development programs, and reviewed our entire approach to Total Rewards. The strongest part of the company was the long-tenured employees and team members who were there prior to the leadership changes. They were knowledgeable, supportive, hardworking, and helped create a collaborative and positive culture despite the challenges brought by new management.

Finance leadership was one of the biggest issues at this company. The VP of Finance was overly micromanaging, and the CFO set unrealistic expectations while communicating in a condescending and arrogant manner. Employees with years of experience were routinely made to feel incompetent and undervalued, which created a toxic and demoralizing work environment.
