I have worked for a handful of companies: small, medium and massively corporate. They have all emphasised culture in warm and fuzzy tones but not one has delivered. In fact some have been downright illegal in the way they treat their staff. This experience has lead me to believe that this is how employers treat their teams... not Ooni. I felt like a member of the family as soon as I arrived. Without exception the team is warm, welcoming and they genuinely care about each other. The board members are approachable and supportive. I could speak to anyone of them about anything, private or professional, and I know they would do anything they could to help me. They are also great fun. There is a work hard, play hard culture. Every role is key for the on going success; we all feel part of the bigger picture and it is with great pride that successes are celebrated. The company is incredibly family friendly. They are supportive and generous of people expecting babies, as well as those with children. The benefits are second to none. Ooni is leading the charge on company culture. If only all companies can be like this.
