Management is not good. No pf deductions.

I have been employed full-time with Opexworks Solutions Pvt Ltd from less than a year and handling a responsible department in the company. The significant reason why I joined this company was because of the cooperative nature of the Management who try their level best to accommodate you and give you the required freedom to execute your job to give desired results in the company. On the very 1st day of induction, we were told that the company gives you a very positive and healthy environment to work in a team. The Management celebrates almost all festivals and events in the company like a family to keep up the encouragement among employees. Ultimately, that gives me the boost to work hard each day and give desired output.

Every company has its own cons and it is upon us to overlook those aspects and work towards our own development and career growth in the company.
