Really good for the one who is more inclined towards learning (up to a limited tenure) 4. Work culture is pretty awesome, i loved each and every moment of my tenure at OATI. You will love it.

1. Senior over there most of them really doesn't care about their peers, juniors of course. 2. Management is quite low, there is a lot of scope for it's betterment. 3. Your talent will not be recognized. You can relate it like this, if you are doing a remarkable job then also your senior (group lead) will never ever try to acknowledge. Perhaps they will discourage you.
