- They work with a very old Methodology (Waterfall) and old technologies (PL/SQL as main programming language at back-end, .Net and Ext.js/Sencha for Front-end).
- At many areas, you can't propose anything new, because changes in technology stack or methodology are satanized by the management.
- In 3 years, you career could be stuck at Standard/Associate Engineer (equivalent to Senior Engineer).
