- quick to make important decisions - flexible and agile (large organizations are slooooow to do anything) - keen to encourage and keep the working culture fun (and serious when required) - Axomic dinners are great fun and create a team bond

- communication on product changes has been lacking in the past - not everyone in the company has a feel for how we're doing revenue wise

Our offices are in fantastic locations, adding convenience and appeal to the work environment. Additionally, the hybrid work policy provides the perfect balance between remote and in-office work, catering to diverse needs and preferences.
